I have no previous Kickboxing experience.

Everyone starts as a beginner. It is a fun class focusing on cardio fitness and endurance.

I have a past injury or medical condition, Can I train in your programs?

You will need to speak with your doctor about personal risks/injuries that may occur by performing rigorous exercise. They will know best what you can safely handle.

Can Classes be Started at Anytime?

Absolutely, Our Cardio-Kickboxing program offers drop-in classes and monthly unlimited class options. Your month membership starts the day you start.

I have a low fitness level can I still take Cardio-Kickboxing Lessons?

We have people of all fitness levels attending our classes. Your fitness level is not that important of a factor because we work on improving your level, no matter where you are in terms of physical fitness.
