I have no previous Martial Arts experience.

Everyone starts as a beginner, Adults karate class is not a fitness class. It is a fun class focusing on traditional karate and self-defense.

I have a past injury or medical condition, Can I train in your programs?

You will need to speak with your doctor about personal risks/injuries that may occur by performing rigorous exercise. They will know best what you can safely handle.

Can Classes be Started at Anytime?

Absolutely, Our programs have been specifically designed to ensure all students receive the same training throughout their journey to Black Belt no matter when they start or at what age.

I have a low fitness level can I still take Adult Karate or Kickboxing Lessons?

We have people of all fitness levels attending our classes. Your fitness level is not that important of a factor because we work on improving your level, no matter where you are in terms of physical fitness.
